I have a question about your free viewer download. I purchased your product so that I could capture serial data on a program that we are experiencing problems with. The original programmer is in Germany. I want to send him the capture file and I want him to view it. The export file is insufficient because it doesn't have the date/timestamp. Your website says that you can download the free viewer for another member in the SAME company. Is it okay for the vendor in Germany to download the free viewer?
